SB Controls Ltd., in the field of building automation, decided in 2014 to build its own office building. The purchased plot is located in Sóskút, in an industrial zone and is surrounded by simple mass storage (box-like) warehouses and sites. An important aspect of the planned mass and façade formation was the creation of a non-territorial building and the creation of a familiar, intimate atmosphere. Because of these and the unusual external environment, an inward-looking architectural concept with inner courtyards has emerged. The mass of the building looks from the outside, from the inside, where openness through the inner courtyards reinforces the relationships of the workplaces. The courtyards divide the building into 5 masses of different sizes and heights, and the height of each block is adjusted to the functions included, so that they can fully cater to their needs.
