In 2008, we prepared the plans for the Öböl XI office building complex at Team0708 Építész Kft. The total area of the buildings is approx. 60,000 m2. Their most interesting point, in addition to the massing, is the design of the facades. In the inner courtyard, the facade, which is distributed in a strict checkerboard pattern, is lined with vegetation, and the facade on Budafok Road is made up of approximately 40,000 programmable lighting glass bricks, the development of which began at the same time as the design.
