A lake on the hillside of Nagymaros. An orchard below, a forest above – the location of the new house is marked out next to it, perpendicular to the slope, so that the largest covered terrace can be seen towards the lake. Above the stone-clad substructure is a wooden house, the traditional mass form is continued by the cantilevered terrace roof protruding like a manifesto. The interior spaces are organized around the views of the lake and the Danube Bend, the wooden paneling of the living room is complemented by the colors of the garden.
