The Minusplus Group is focused on detailed, custom made and unique architecture.
Design solutions are adapted fully to the client’s requirements, by a sensitive variety of means in order to realize a coherent architecture. This attitude is reflected in the diversity of our work.

Cooperation
The surveying of the requirements as well as the optimization and processing of the possible solutions for a project is elaborated in close collaboration between the client and the senior design partners of the office.
Expertise
The Minusplus Group is experienced in designing projects of different scale and complexity. Each design process is elaborated by a selection of the most suitable architects and technical experts.
The Minusplus Architects Ltd. was founded in 2002, as an independent architect firm, it is mainly working on smaller scale designs, and developing the concept and analytical and research background of larger projects.
The Minusplus General Planning Ltd. was established in 2010, as the direct successor of the Team0708 Architects Ltd. with the 70% of the ownership share of the predecessor. The Team0708 Architects Ltd. is familiar with the planning of large-scale projects. It was responsible for the general planning of such projects as the Government District of Hungary in 2007 and a 60.000m2 Office Building for the Öböl XI. company in 2008.
The cooperation between the two companies ensure the unity of the most suitable architectural concept and the necessary skills, knowledge, and the experience of general planning to result in the successful implementation of a project.
Efficiency
The structure of the group allows the optimization of resources, the flexible and cost-effective operation. This setup ensures that the service provided to the client is of the best cost-value ratio. Besides the three owners and leading designers, three to ten architects and engineers are working at the group. The related specialized planning work is done at our partner firms.
Creativity
The criterion of creativity for us is the ability of the reconciliation of the special, unique and unexpected ideas with reliable solutions. Minusplus regularly and successfully participates in national and international competitions. This free and competitive environment provides the opportunity to experiment and develop various design methods. Later the results and experiences can be reliably integrated into the everyday design practice.
Quality
Details are handled with the same importance as the concept or the whole of the building itself. The planning and the control process are given a great care no matter if we are dealing with a small or a large project. Our priority is to ensure continuous professional standards, and therefore in the year 2011 we are planning the introduction of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 quality management system at the group. We strive to keep fair business attitude towards our partners, to keep our flexibility and operational stability.
Sustainability
Sustainability is an indispensable condition for the success of an architectural project. The careful coordination of the profitable operation and the social and environmental responsibility is a priority elaborated through the examination of the overall process, and the optimization of resources.
Technical background
Our office utilizes a server based computerpark. Archicad software is used mainly to design architectural plans. We are equiped with the right tools to create architectural models as well. We operate as a general planner with the help of our permanent partners.
