The high expectations the owner had for the Párizsi Street store required a unique approach. The starting idea was a unique gastronomic concept based on fusion, Arabic cuisine, with a distinctly Eastern identity, but also not foreign to a European environment.
POSITION Collective, responsible for the interior design, focused on the image and interior design. MINUSPLUS, as general designer, ensured that unique architectural and technological solutions could be created. The challenges arose from the existing building's characteristics and the coordination of the very high level of design and technical requirements. As a result, Mozata was able to open as the first LEED Gold-certified restaurant in Europe.
