The transformation of the Webstar Group's Pécs office is special because of its location: the interior offers a panoramic view of the Tettye district of Pécs, and in addition, the facade of the Chamber of Commerce building that houses the office is decorated with graphics by Kossuth Award-winning painter Tamás Konok, which had a strong influence on the interior design concept.

During the transformation, the emphasis shifted from individual workstations to group uses and community spaces of various types and scales: the work environment was diversified with a closed library and several meeting rooms, and with the appearance of the workcafé, informal work, relaxation and leisure activities took on a more prominent role.

The grid of lines that forms the framework of the office’s interior design concept was developed by reflecting the strict grid system of the house’s supporting structure and a computer-generated artistic prototype (Georg Nees: Schotter). The yellow stripes run continuously in the flooring, walls and ceiling. The strict, geometric order of the grid visible in the private spaces of the office gradually dissolves towards the lively community space of the workcafé, the lines step out of the grid, thereby making the spaces intended for more informal spending more intimate.

The design of Webstar's office was accompanied by a renewal of the company's image, during which we worked closely with the graphic team. As a result, the image is prominently displayed in the interior spaces: the meeting rooms and workshop rooms are decorated with vibrant colorful patterns on the wall sections marked by the line grid, while the wall surfaces of the office spaces have been given a more subdued decorative painting.
