The residential park, which is being built on the southern border of the city, is being implemented in three phases. In keeping with the small-town scale of the environment, each phase was divided into two buildings, so the development is organized as six larger residential buildings on the site. A key consideration when installing the buildings was to create a usable, green environment despite the tight development framework. The houses are surrounded by a continuous park, which both provides intimacy for the apartments and also functions as a recreational area for the community.
The three-story buildings house shops and offices on the ground floor, while the middle and recessed upper floors house apartments. Each apartment has a usable terrace or loggia, which not only enhances the quality of the living spaces but also makes the opening pattern of the facades more generous.
The continuous glass surfaces of the ground floor functions create a transparent, urban connection with the environment. The different shades of green used on the upper floors serve to subtly divide the building masses, while giving the houses of the residential park an independent identity.
