The residential area built on the southern boundary of the city is built in 3 stages. The area is defined by the small town scale as a result of which the sections have been broken down into 2-2 buildings, thus adjusting to the scale. The buildings are like 6 bigger houses. We’ve installed it so you can park your houses in intimacy despite the rigid installation, and to reach the funeral garden as a recreational area. On the lower level of the three-storey buildings there are shops and offices, the middle and the retracted upper floors are flats. Each of them is complemented by a useful terrace or loggia that also makes the system of openings generous. The concave glass surfaces of the ground floor create the necessary transparency, while the different shades of the upper level serve to fine-tune the building masses and the identity of the homes of the residential park.
