The design of the 15,000 m² office building, planned as the first phase of the BudaPart development around Lágymányosi Bay, was guided by the best possible adaptation of the framework set by the master plan to the environmental conditions. Instead of a closed framework, we experimented with a vertical building mass that opened up to the view of the bay and was better adapted to the surrounding building masses. The building is intertwined with the park around the bay through terraced roof gardens. The community functions of parking, retail and restaurant are connected by a walkable internal passage on the ground floor.
