In the fourth phase of the housing development project on the outskirts of Pesterzsébet, we planned a terraced housing development. The block of six buildings is built up of three-to-four apartment units, organizing the residential functions with a framed installation. The homes, which can be accessed independently from the street, are connected to protected, car-free gardens inside the block, which provide diverse and intimate outdoor spaces. The personalization of the buildings and apartments was strengthened with a harmonious color scheme developed along a unified concept.
