The primary goal of the pilot project is to present typical solutions for future office design and to test the design live in the existing office building. We therefore designed the transformed office area to provide the widest possible accessibility for the entire organizational structure and to allow everyone to experience the sophisticated functionality and unique atmosphere of our plan on a daily basis. In order to ensure traditional office operation, we divided the spaces into two along the different functions: we arranged the community functions towards the approach, thus transforming the outdated central corridor into a continuous, flowing row of spaces. We placed the workplaces along the facades, separated from the active community space.

The design is based on the company's operations and the specific world of motion picture production. The colorful individual spaces in front of the cameras in the studios and the adaptation of the dark-monochrome spaces that serve all of this also indicate the accessibility of the functions. The striking coloring of the central variable community space appears in the slanted stripe geometry based on the company's image. This image continues in the monochrome world of the workplace spaces that supports quiet, focused work. The dark surfaces help the color accuracy of the content displayed on the screens, so the concept is not only understandable and beautiful, but also supports functionality with the appropriate accents.

To support the projected content and the dialogue about it, we designed dark-toned meeting rooms furnished with comfortable plush cinema chairs and unique tables instead of traditional table-and-chair meeting rooms. We draw curtains in front of the walls of the meeting rooms, which further enhances the desired effect and also solves the additional darkening. The iridescent glass walls of the meeting rooms change the color of the external spaces, this unique effect encloses the special world of cinema halls around us.

The colorful community space is a fabric emerging from many adjacent, uniquely furnished spaces supporting different modes, in which this central hub can be transformed into a screening room accommodating the entire team with minimal rearrangement of individual micro-functions. The design knowledge can be learned and loved by everyone in the individual rooms open here, even over a coffee around the central workshop table.
