The high expectations for the restaurant on Párizsi Street required a unique attitude. The starting idea was a unique gastronomic concept based on Arabic fusion cuisine, the image of which is distinctly oriental in its identity, but not foreign from the European environment.
POSITION Collective, was responsible for the interior design, while MINUSPLUS was the general planner. The challenges stemmed from the possibilities of the existing building and the combination of very high requirements of architecture, design and technical solutions. As a result, Mozata has opened as Europe’s first LEED Gold-certified restaurant.
