The idea owners of the restaurant feel a special commitment to the gastronomy as well as the dining experience. As designer, we wanted to capture the commitment was based on the tractor’s architectural concept is based on the experience of the joy of eating.
The gastronomic concept consists of dishes made from the highest quality ingredients, which can be freely combined by the guest.
The interior design aims to create creative tension in the built environment, highlighting the colorful variety of food.
With its structured concrete and plastered surfaces, upholstered furniture, grandiose textile lamps, mysterious curtains, polished stone floor coverings and a monumental stone counter showing the ingredients, the place provides an impressive, elegant and neutral background to the dining experience. The contrast between the visible kitchen-market-counter and the elegant, neutral appearance of the guest space was of paramount importance.
